Every year on May 12, Manitoba Day, the Manitoba Metis Heritage Fund hosts its annual gala fundraiser for a non-profit beneficiary to improve the lives of the Manitoba Metis Community and for all Manitobans.

 

Manitoba Day holds a great significance for the Manitoba Metis Community in which we recognize the contributions of Louis Riel and celebrate the Metis Nation entering into confederation with Canada almost 150 years ago, creating the beautiful province that we live in today. The Manitoba Metis Heritage Fund believes that there is no date more appropriate than May 12 to host a fundraiser that will strengthen and foster growth for all Manitobans.

 

Our gala fundraisers always accompany a rainbow and silent auction, as well as a live auction overseen by a professional auctioneer. Guests will enjoy a five course meal with live entertainment and the opportunity to network with distinguished leaders and community members across all sectors.
